Pigs can’t fly, but maybe these paper cranes can!

Japan Paper Crane Project

Come join us to make beautiful paper cranes to raise money towards the relief of Japan!

Event: Paper Crane Making Sessions | Fund Raising Training Session
Location: Slocum Hall Atrium [Building next to College Place bus stop]
Date: Wednesday April 6 and Thursday April 7 
Time: Starting at 5:00 p.m.
 


I. For every two dollars a person donates, we will add a paper crane into the installation on the space between Schine Student Center and Newhouse

II. All funds will go to the Japanese Society in Manhattan, a nonprofit organization devoted to promoting mutual understanding, appreciation and cooperation between the United States and Japan. Donations to Japan Society are tax deductible, and they have pledged to send 100% of donations to organizations working in devastated areas.http://www.japansociety.or

III. After we collect enough cranes, we will send all of the cranes to Students Rebuild which will donate two EXTRA dollars to Architects for Humanity to help rebuild Japan
